Blake was an excellent guide for my first big-game hunt. I learned enough from him that I now feel confident that I could hunt successfully without a guide.  Blake offers the real hunting experience, with hours of stalking through hills and brush looking for game — no cars, bait, or dogs to make things easy. As Blake told me before we left, the sport is called “hunting,” not “getting.”   When I did get a buck in the evening time, Blake guided me inch-by-inch through the field dressing and quartering process, which was incredibly helpful.  Blake was easy going the entire time and made our hunting trip a comfortable experience. He literally went the extra mile at one point, hiking up a steep hill to try and drive game towards where I sat in cover below. Thanks, Blake!
